My approach to creating your estate plan is all inclusive, convenient and casual. In addition to meeting with you at my office in Deer Park, Washington, I can meet with you virtually or at your own home.
A complete Estate Plan should include a Trust and/or Will, Powers of Attorney, Appointment of Guardian for Minor Children, and Advance Medical Directive
Working with me
The Ala Firm’s unique process for creating your estate plan starts with an Initial Consultation. I will meet with you to go through your personal circumstances, answer any questions you may have, and recommend a plan to move forward with preparing your legal documents.
Don’t worry, I take the time to explain every form and legal term to you. I walk you through every step of making the difficult decisions and answering the uncomfortable questions.

Book an Appointment
Initial Consultation:
The first step to moving forward with your informed estate plan is to complete an online questionnaire and schedule an initial consultation. The purpose of the consultation is for me to gather the information needed to determine the scope of recommended legal documents, and answer any questions you may have.
Existing Estate Plan Review:
If you already have an estate plan prepared which is either from another state or may be out of date, I will review the documents to determine if any updates need to be made. You will receive a summary of the key terms of your current documents, along with any recommendations I have for you to modify the documents. There is a small fee of $150.00 for the Estate Plan Review. Schedule Now
Choose Your Plan
I offer two primary package plans, which include:
Last Will & Testament Package ($2,000-$2,500)
Perfect for families whose number one priority is naming a guardian for their dependents, naming a power of attorney and outlining a strategy for distributing a small estate.
Planning & Trust Package ($2,500-$3,500)
This package is ideal for families with multiple children, blended families, and those who have sizable assets to pass on. Because a properly formed and funded trust avoids probate, this is the package I recommend to most of my clients.
Ala Carte Services: If you only need a select few documents, we care happy to prepare those for you ala carte and will give you a quote before the services are performed.
Execute Your Plan
When you are ready, we’ll move forward according to your customized plan to get you and your family onto the path to secure their financial future. This usually involves an in-person meeting at my office in Deer Park or through a virtual video call with a traveling notary public.
Remote representation through video conference call services gives access to clients who were previously forced to take time out of their work schedule to commute to an office. I’m thrilled to be able to offer this innovative approach through technology to make the process easier for my clients.
